Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@HooliganCo.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to an address provided upon acceptance of return.

If your return is accepted due to faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The refund will be issued within 10 business days, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@HooliganCo.com.au and you will be provided with the return address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items for change of mind or gift cards.
